Refund and Returns Policy Overview

Refunds
- To qualify for a refund, use the item minimally, keep it in its original packaging, and maintain its received condition.
- We will process refunds within 14 business days upon receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
- To initiate an item exchange, keep it unused and in its original packaging.
- We will process exchanges within [number of days] business days upon receiving the defective or damaged item.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
